Course Overview

The Evidence to Practice (ETP) course is a capacity-building program designed to enhance the ability of health practitioners to effectively apply evidence in their daily work. It equips participants with the knowledge and skills to generate strategies that inform sound decision-making using evidence from health programs, research, and public health data.

The course trains participants to document and communicate public health issues both existing and emerging in ways that influence policymakers. It fosters a culture of ethical awareness, responsibility, and evidence-based practice, making it valuable for students, researchers, and professionals.

Assessment and Certification

• Each module includes a quiz with a minimum passing score of 60% to proceed.
• Quizzes are progressive; you must pass the current quiz to unlock the next.
• A final assessment with a minimum score of 80% is required for certification.
• Upon passing, a Certificate of Achievement will be sent via email.
• For HPCZ-affiliated participants, CPD points will be updated on your portal.
